Hey James -- no response yet, which is on the slower end but not unusual for them on a case this size. I'm sending a follow-up nudge to the adjuster this week to keep things moving. In the meantime: if your back has been flaring again, please make sure Dr. Patel documents it at your next visit -- every new symptom in the medical record strengthens the file. I'll text you the moment I hear anything.

Hi -- wanted to check in. Any word back from Liberty Mutual yet? It's been about five or six weeks since the demand letter went out and I'm starting to get a little anxious about timing.
